MySpace filters outgoing links
Whenever you click an outgoing link in MySpace, the link is going through some kind of a filter site which is called msplinks.com. I guess this is a security measure to prevent phishing or other malware.
I am not sure how this is supposed to work but this filtering engine successfully let my browser visit some crappy links found in my incoming friends request (apparently that was a spam). Probably they’re still training the software to block spam/malicious links, so let’s see if it ever gets better. But remember, that’s MS…
